This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students. In Flow/Vinyasa yoga, you will be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a flow class, students awaken their strength, energy, concentration, and flexibility while calming the mind. This is a great class for students who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level.
DECEMBER 2020 DROP-IN SESSIONS: December 4th, 11th, & 18th. Registration is done on a PER CLASS basis and must be done in advance. Registration closes at 4:00pm the day before the class, at which point a determination will be made about the weather for the class. If the weather is inclement or too cold, we will hold a virtual Zoom session for class instead.
Class during the December session will take place outdoors on the Community Center front lawn when weather permits. All participants must bring their own mat remain socially distanced at all times. Due to current Commonwealth of Massachusetts guidelines, participants must wear masks at all times during the program. In the event of inclement weather for outdoor yoga, please check our website and e-mail notifications for cancellations. CLASS WILL BE MOVED TO A ZOOM SESSION IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT/COLD WEATHER.
WINTER TUESDAY/FRIDAY ZOOM SESSIONS: Enjoy the benefits of yoga from the comfort of your own home with this new Tuesday and Friday morning session of Zoom Yoga Flow! Class will meet weekly on the morning you choose to register for through Zoom (link will be provided each week ahead of the class). If you would like to participate but cannot make it for the session, you can still register and the instructor can send you the recording of class. Registration options include Tuesday morning only, Friday morning only, or the full session. Full Session registration includes both Tuesday & Friday morning classes at a discounted rate.
