HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is a workout paring short (20 second to 2 minute), high intensity intervals with brief periods of rest to achieve maximum results. This high energy class combines cardio, strength and core conditioning for a total body workout. The pace can be fast but the format allows each participant to choose their own intensity level.
