Introduction to Meditation and Yoga

Have you been wanting to try mediation and yoga, but you're not sure if it's for you? Well, here's your chance! Bring an open mind, a yoga mat, and leave your wallet and worries behind!

During this introductory class, you will experience meditation as well as some basic Hatha yoga. This class is open to adults of all ages and levels!

Please wear comfortable exercise clothing that you can move in. Also , bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and meditation cushion or throw pillow to sit on.
