Total Pregnancy Fitness Combines fun cardio/aerobic activities with deep breathing, centering, relaxation and mobilizing floor work, targeted strength training and yoga-based positions for labor and birth in a one-hour format. It is a time-tested and effective program.

Mom-Baby Fitness combines a cardio workout with core recovery, re-alignment, strength training, and mom-baby exercises and games in an hour of joyous activity. Bring: stroller, blanket, baby items as needed, carrier if desired. Bring also water and sneakers for you. Do not worry if you are late or early…working with babies is not always precise on the timing, so we are adapted for that!

Mothers are also welcome to join the workout without their babies as early as three weeks after giving birth, based on their physical recovery. I have a set of gentle exercises for beginners, and then I gradually help them pick up with the rest of the group. If you are bringing your baby along, please make sure he or she is at least 4 weeks old. Of course, you can bring a stroller. The floors can definitely handle it.
