Explore the world of Robotics!

Robotics II: This is an advanced robotics course and students should have some experience with robotics prior to this class. Students will construct a wheeled robot that is controlled by a microprocessor and is equipped with multiple infrared sensors for object detection. Students will be introduced to a software programming environment on a laptop and develop software using programming constructs to control the robot. Students will keep the robot they construct which includes a remote control, rechargeable battery, battery charger, software CD and a USB cable.



 

Program Policies
  • The Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient registration or lack of instructor(s). If a program is cancelled by the Recreation Department, a full refund will be issued and no fee will be charged.
  • The Recreation Department will notify participants one (1) week prior to the start of the program in the event of a cancellation.
