Core/Stretch is a workout incorportating yoga, balance, core, and flexibility movements. This is a slower paced workout good for beginner to intermediate. Mats are provided.

*No Class on Veteran's Day: Tuesday, November 11, 2014*

General Information:
  • Instructed by Melissa Solomon, a certified trainer
  • Please wear sneakers and bring water
  • You are welcome to bring your own mat

Program Policies
  • The Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient registration or lack of instructor(s). If a program is cancelled by the Recreation Department, a full refund will be issued and no fee will be charged.
  • The Recreation Department will notify participants one (1) week prior to the start of the program in the event of a cancellation
  • Registration closes on Tuesday, September 2, 2014
