Babysitter's American Red Cross Training Course
Babysitter’s Training shows you how to: Respond to emergencies and illness with first aid, rescue breathing and other appropriate care. Make decisions under pressure, communicate with parents to learn their rules, recognize safety and hygiene issues, manage young children and to feed, diaper and care for infants and how to supervise and play with children.
General Information
- Instructed is Red Cross Babysitters Course, CPR/AED and First Aid certified, as well as a registered Nurse.
- Upon successful completion of this course, students will receive a “Babysitter’s Course Certificate” for one year.
- The course combines video, activities, hands-on skills training and discussion for a complete learning experience.
- Materials: Students will receive an easy-to-use babysitter’s handbook.
- Students requested to bring to class a doll with a bottle.
